The “Of Hills and Water Route” is a public art circuit that highlights the historical, cultural and natural heritage of the seven municipalities of the MRC des Collines-de-l’Outaouais. Artists from the region have been asked to create these sculptures, which represent the important history of each community, as it is linked to water, the unifying theme of the route. Visitors are invited to travel throughout the territory to discover these permanent public pieces that are the pride of the MRC des Collines-de-l’Outaouais’ communities.
CALL FOR ARTISTS - PUBLIC ART COMPETITION
Artists from the Collines-de-l’Outaouais region are invited to present their proposals for a public work of art that will be added to the Of Hills and Water Route and will be installed at the MRC des Collines-de-l’Outaouais administrative office, located at 216 chemin Old Chelsea, Chelsea.
